All our products come with a 3 year warranty from the date of purchase.

The warranty is valid only on purchases made directly through our website — armaplateresolute.com.

We are not liable for any items purchased from third party sellers.

If you received a faulty item or it becomes faulty whilst in its warranty period, we will be happy to repair or replace the item.

Please note, you will need to quote your order number, which can be found on your confirmation of purchase email.

The warranty covers only the repair or replacement of the damaged item, and not any additional costs including shipping or third party involvement such as locksmiths.
