Returns Policy

Armaplate UK Ltd are keen to provide a customer-friendly Returns Policy relating to online purchases (Distance Selling). The rules of our policy do not alter your statutory consumer rights. We provide the following information to make the returns process simple and easy to follow.

Cooling off period

Customers have 14 days to cancel an order and request a refund.

A Return Request must be initiated by contacting the sales department by emailing sales@armaplateresolute.com or by phoning 01204 699973.

Return period

Customers have an additional 14 days to return the item after requesting a cancellation.

Return shipping

If the item is being returned due to a fault or manufacturing defect, Armaplate will reimburse postage costs.

If the item is being returned because the buyer has simply changed their mind or because they purchased in error, then the buyer must pay for the return postage. Returned items must be in the original packing, undamaged and unused. Please ensure the item is repackaged correctly using the inserts provided, locking the two pieces together to reduce movement. It is highly likely that if the item has been removed from the packaging, the inserts may be compromised. If this is the case, we highly recommend taking additional measures to ensure it is robustly protected, such as using bubble wrap. This is to ensure no damage occurs in transit, otherwise you may not be eligible for a full refund.

Please note, in the unusual circumstance that the product does not fit your vehicle, you can return the item in the above condition. However, we will only be able to reimburse postage costs if you have first contacted us to check if the product is suitable for your vehicle. If your vehicle has an unusual steering wheel shape or particularly wide pedal and you are in doubt, please contact us to check before ordering.

Refund time

Armaplate will refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the returned item in undamaged and unused condition.

Refund method

Refunds will be issued using the same payment system used to purchase.
